Aldrickson said everything this business has done for him, has met his expectations. Although, he noticed there was a scratch after the repairs were completed. He ended up having to buff this out himself because of the lack of time. This was not a big deal to him and he said his vehicle looked like it did before the accident. The staff there were nice. The seemed to know what was going on. Their prices were more reasonable, compared to other competitors. He said the appearance of the business did meet his expectations and everything looked reasonable. Other comparable facilities he visited, prior to them were more glamorous. The other facilities gave him more of the impression he was at home.
