Russell said this business was excellent at providing service. They were very professional, prompt, and friendly. Their expertise is good and they do a great job on the body work. It took a little bit longer than he anticipated to get his vehicle back. It was not a big deal, extending his service 3 or 4 days, and he imagines it sometimes happens during the process. He does not know the reason for the delay. His vehicle was returned in a clean condition and almost looked like a brand new vehicle. It was pretty amazing. He would absolutely recommend them and has already. He took his vehicle to them in a previous incident, believing he had originally discovered them online. As soon as this accident happened, he knew they were going to be the facility he would take his vehicle to.
