While the carwash is an extra perk of getting the oil change at the dealership and there can also be a high volume of services being performed, the wash should be good versus fair. A fair rating is when you have portions of the vehicle that have not been washed/missed in the cleaning process.
There was nothing that I experienced that would prevent me from having our vehicles serviced at your dealership. Overall a good experience(4 out f 5) versus an exceptional experience (5 out of 5).
