From the moment I called to make an appointment to the time I left with my car, the customer service was amazing. With all the concerns about COVID, and working in the health services, the need to minimize any chance of conception of the virus is a top priority. Audi Buffalo went above and beyond in ensuring that my concerns were met and exceeded. Even though it doesn't need to be said, my vehicle is running great and everything was done perfectly and in a timely manner. Excellent service all around. Thanks Audi Buffalo.
