Kanchan said her experience with the business was terrible. There are scratches on the hood and the sliding door. There was a white substance inside the vehicle and inside the engine compartment. It may been residue from when they sanded the vehicle so it could be painted. They took out the windshield and when they replaced it they neglected to put the rubber gasket on correctly. There are loose screws on the fender. Her keys did not work in the lock when she picked up the vehicle. She had the fob to a second set of keys so she could get in and take it home. The next day she had to spend $45 to for someone else to look at it and get a piece of plastic out of the lock for it to operate properly. They only contacted her when the vehicle was ready to be picked up. The personnel did not treat her well because they did not properly repair the vehicle. They did not explain clearly to her what they would be doing. She would never recommend them for the reasons previously stated.
