Nancy said she had to return to this business because the paint color on her bumper didn't match. After they repainted it, the color matched. She paid for the repairs out-of-pocket and she wasn't given an estimate. On her initial visit to this business her advisor from their service department kept her informed during the repair process. When she called about the paint issue, Carl called her, and kept her informed. Carl couldn't have been nicer. She said Carl provided the best service she has ever received and he provided a free loaner vehicle.
