Elizabeth said she was not kept adequately informed. She had to contact them 3 times for information about the vehicle. She was not satisfied with the thoroughness of the person who prepared the estimate. She was given a quote on the same work a year ago for $1,000.00 while this quote was for $200.00. He was unable to answer her questions and did not get back to her. She was not satisfied with the overall communication. They were unclear as to what they would be doing. She would not recommend them for the reasons previously stated.
