Erik said he was pretty well satisfied with the customer service at this facility and how well they kept him informed throughout the repair process. However, the first time the repairs were performed to his vehicle, they did not align the wheel well and front bumper properly. He had to point this out to them. After he pointed this out to them, they fixed or corrected this problem for him on the spot. He was satisfied with the repair the second time around.
