Byron said he could have been given a better estimated time for retrieval of his vehicle.The delay went from Friday to Monday because of a parts delay. He stated he had the impression the parts were in from the automated system but they were not. They do good work but it is a systemic issue. The communication was adequate but inaccurate. He said he would recommend this business but would caution about the accuracy of the communication.
