Jack and Jan were great keeping me apprised on status of work done on my Toyota Avalon.
Made task of getting my 1997 Toyota Avalon in smog compliance less stressful. Price to diagnose smog issue was a little on the high side. Overall cost to replace catalytic converter to fix the problem was reasonable.

The Best Place in Orange County to get your vehicle worked on ... Period.
Jack, Jan, Jack Jr. and the crew are very, very reliable. AND my wife and I know when work is done on either of our vehicles it's done right. The first time. We both have cars that are around 200,000 mi each, and the Snyder family keeps our cars running like great.

Unfair charge
I should not have been charged $25 to have a defective starter replaced after I had paid more than $300 to buy it and have it installed less than a week ago. If you really needed the $25, you should have gotten it from NAPA who put the defective part on the market, not from me. Your rationalization was that "The Ford dealer charges $200 just to look at your car." That makes no sense in this situation. I had already paid my money. Now I had to take time out of my work day to bring you the car and to pick it up. Then, on top of that, you make me pay yet another $25 to get a defective part replaced. NAPA should pay that, not me. Why is it fair for me to be penalized further? You and Jan seem like very nice folks, but this isn't right.

People you can trust.
I called at noon and said my AC stopped working.... took it in as was fixed by 5:45. Part that was causing the trouble is no longer available. Jack took it apart and cleaned it and it now works. New compressor would have been necessary.
