Albert said he was not satisfied because he came in for an oil change and they did not have any oil in stock. They had to go out and buy some more. He said he wouldn't recommend the business based on this experience.

Never fixed my brakes after coming back 6 TIMES
After coming back 6 tmes to the shop the brakes continued to have a high pitch squeak to them. After talking to SEVERAL other shops they told me that the shop HAS to fix the issue because it was not doing it before, well they have yet to fix it.

Donna said this was the most worst experience she had with the business. She said she was broke down, out of town and had to have her vehicle towed. The business charged her a $100 more then her quote. There were other things but she chose not to elaborate further about her experience. She would not recommend them.

Zcuid said he wasn't very happy with what they did yesterday. He expected them to test drive his vehicle before giving it back to him. Instead they gave him the keys and said everything would be fine and if not, he could bring it back. This visit cost him $200. Zcuid said he drove his vehicle less than a mile. It burned his exhaust system. It burned the heat shield between the floor and the exhaust system and burned the rear bumper. He had to have it towed 2 times yesterday. They towed it back to the business. They said it would cost around $1,000 to fix. He doesn't have this kind of money. If they had test driven the vehicle before giving it back to him they would've discovered the problem. He isn't taking it back to them because of the expense and them not testing it out first before giving it back to him.

Friendly, fast, trustworthy!
I brought my car in for an oil change using a Groupon. The owner and technicians were really friendly and made me feel comfortable, which is typically not the case for me at other auto shops (especially since I'm a female). Although they notified me of some other services that I might need, they didn't pressure me into thinking that the services were absolutely necessary at that very moment, which I like. Instead they printed off a list for me to take with me and think it over. I plan to take my car back to them and to refer my friends to go there as well.
