Daniel said that he took his vehicle for alignment and left his vehicle there. They called and said that an expensive part was needed to be replaced, and it costs $700. He gave his permission but he asked them to give the replaced part to him when he picks up his vehicle. He was running about 3 hours late so when he picked up his vehicle, he was in a hurry and forgot to ask them or check if the replaced part was in his vehicle, but he did not find it. He said he was very upset about it and decided that it will be his first and last visit.

Auto fix is a good company but they need to check for small problem before they diagnosis a big problem and that's not the case

John said this business was terrific. However, when rotating the tires they tightened the bolts so hard he couldn't replace a tire with his spare. He had to bend his tire iron to get the bolts off.
