"Decent "
Time was okay, prices were kinda high.. Walmart is way cheaper and does more with their oil changes.

Jake, we are sorry that you were not satisfied with the service you received.  We did do a free 20 point inspection along with your oil change, and you did receive $25.00 off with your coupon, so you only had to pay $12.64.  We are not sure what more you are looking for in an oil change service, we did top off all fluids and checked everything over and gave you recomendations of repairs you needed to do in the future to be safe driving your vehicle.  We may not be the cheapest place around, but customer safety and quality of the repair is always our main focus.

Rob said he only came in for an estimate and they charged him $70. He wasn't informed that there would be a fee. He drove the vehicle the next day and his wife realized the hood was open and the fuse box was still open. He already spoke with Dave about the matter. He said if it had happened to rain those two days it could have caused problems. Dave was very thorough when explaining things and they were all very nice.

Rob, I again would like to apologize for the fuse box lid being left off. If there is a need for me to correct anything pertaining to that, please let me know. The $70.00 charge came because of having to disassemble areas to visually see the problem inside your dash. A lot of times that charge is waived if repairs are performed, because we have already started in to the disassembly. If at a later date you want to continue with the fix of your vehicle, I will gladly deduct that cost from your repair cost. Again, I would like to apologize for your inconvenience and hope that we can continue to service your vehicle needs in the future. Dave Timm
