Gary said he is confident his vehicle will get fixed when he goes here. Their location is everything. Gary stopped recommending the business after some of his acquaintances complained about the owner's demeanor. For instance, a customer went back to the business over an unresolved issue after paying $2,500. The owner declared that the guy was lucky that only one issue still remained, considering that the vehicle was originally a mess with 22 issues. When there is a problem, it's like he wants customers to believe they are lucky for any help at all. Gary mentioned it makes him question some level of honesty, even though the owner does stand behind his work and operates the business well. If the location wasn't so convenient, he'd quickly switch.

Gary Quinn's friend had a major repair, in which Quinn, as far as we know, was not a party to. It is true that Quinn's friend returned a few days later due to the check engine light coming on after the repair. When a vehicle engine computer stores more than 22 codes, it will invariably upon being repaired, put forth an arbitrary code or two until the modules reconfigure themselves. Quinn was not present during the approximately 8 minutes that his friend popped back in to have the computer reset, at no charge of course, and we are unaware that any hidden video was being used by Quinn's friend at the time, so we believe Quinn could not possibly know about the owner's demeanor. As always, we do a follow up call from the owner to the customer to check on the satisfaction of the customer.
