My car was there for routine 100000 maintenance. 2.5 weeks later the car seems to work after pickingit up. Initially I picked it up after the 1st week, the front plastic holding fog light was dangling, check engine light on and coolant everywhere. They fixed it I guess we will see. I picked it up today April 6th. Asked master mechanic to top off coolant as it was it the minimal level. He brought out a gallon jug labeled windshield wiper fluid and dumped it in. When I realized it I called him out and asked if I could smell the fluid to trust if was a coolant mixture. . Mark got incredibly agitated that I was challenging him as a mechanic. Eventually calmed the guy down and we left on what I would say as a good note. However in the moment I was confident we were going to fight. Wtf. He even said I hate to work on audi”s as they are to complicated. I came back and said, if you don’t want to work on audi”s then don’t work for a place that has audi plastered on the front of their building. Do not take your car there if it is a passion for you. If my experience is typical you will regret the experience as I did. Go somewhere else
