Service Above and Beyond
This post is long overdue; John the owner and his staff go above and beyond when it comes to the care and maintenance of both my vehicles; a 2002 Volvo V70XC and 2003 Ford Expedition XLT, since they're older and high mileage I entrust Autoworks to their care; John, the owner and Mel his manager, and his mechanics have always been pleasant and professional to me, as are even their dogs to my own service dog. One example of above and beyond was when my Volvo kept leaking steering fluid, and had to bring it back, through no fault on their part, later learned it was residual fluid on my skid plate, but I was frustrated with continued leaks on the driveway (not big leaks), as always Mel calls to follow-up with me for all service performed, questions or concerns even for oil changes. In this case, John called and asked permission to come to my house and pick up the car since I'm a disabled veteran, he kept it, fixed it and ensured that I got what I paid for, he is, IMHO as is his staff very honest, professional and will continue to bring him my business in all my automotive maintenance and repair needs with these folks. - WJM/Prescott Valley
