Hello Kelli, Chuck here. I get it, cars are expensive. I dont know of any auto repair facility, that works for no charge. Probably around this time of myself recieving this review & yourself seeing my response you will have more than likely, had to take your Pontiac back in for additional repairs. Our entire staff here are on a non-commision based pay scale. We do not upsale, or advise of bogus repairs or maintenance needs. I inspected this vehicle myself & hope you will have your vehicle inspected again, something was missed. I truely hope, all is bright & safe in the future to come.
