Expensive repairs
Every single time I bring my Jeep in you manage to find something that ends up costing me $300 - $500 or more! I can't keep bringing my vehicle to you for repairs.

Rich, I am sorry you feel that way, We have always treated you well, September 2012 I suggested to you, find another vehicle. Ever since, this jeep has had problems, inwhich we predicted. We have had a good relationship, and I dont think that will change.
