I was disappointed in the quality of the service department. They scratched and dented my trunk and bumper when fixing the lock on the trunk.

Very Good Service Experience
It was necessary to bring my car to a dealership for a recall notice. I did not buy my car here and did not want to return to the dealership where my car was originally purchased. I had a very positive experience with Balise service department and would not hesitate to return here again for future business. I was treated with respect and felt secure about letting them work on my car.

Seems ok...
I had a great experience there being that the rep that helped/greeted me was fairly new. The only thing I was disheartened about is the fact that I paid for a warranty that was supposed to cover everything, only covers defects. Feels like I was pushed for a sale and not an investment...

Excellent service
I leased a 2018 Sonata in December and had a problem with the starter at the end of January. I didn’t get much help from Hyundai Corporate but Ray Lattman from Balise Hyundai Fairfield went above and beyond to accommodate my car needs. I went 50 miles away to lease the car from them and I’m so happy that I did. No risk to purchase a car from this dealership. They stand behind their prodiuct. Thank you so much.

Great customer service
When I walk inside the car dealer to drop off my car I was greeting by a very polit and friendly man in the service department. He make feel welcome and comfortable. I was able to explain what kind of service my car needs.He explain to me what they were going to do to my car and he call me when it was ready. Very profetional!
