Victor said the check engine light is on because of the air pressure in the tire and the vehicle wasn't cleaned before the clear coat was put on. He mentioned the business has agreed to work everything out when he takes the vehicle back.

Jason said the repair took too long. He said the work took a month and a half because of parts acquisition and a need for a number of replacement parts. He said they did not set a due date. This business did not call to inform him about the delays and he had to call for all the updates. He said the business called only when the vehicle was finished. He said Sonja was helpful.

Spoke with Dale. He said there were no problems, the customer service was fine, the work was done in a timely manner, and they did what they said they were going to do. He said he just got his vehicle back, but as far as he can tell the quality of the repair is fine. He said he would like to thank them for their courtesy and professionalism because this was a major repair and there wasn't any hassle.

Spoke with Betty. She said she has used this business before and she was pleased with the work they did. She said she would go back again if she ever needs to. She said if anyone has a problem and wants their vehicle repaired the way it's supposed to be repaired they should go to this business.

Dan said the business cheated him out of some of his money. They charged him $500 for his deductible and they were only supposed to charge him $250. He said he will never use them again because they are not trying to make it right. He said he was not kept adequately informed during the repair process because they never called him to report on the status of his vehicle. He did not have very much interaction with the personnel. He said he would not recommend this business to others because he feels he was overcharged. He would like for the business to give him back his $250.

Elsa said the work isn't finished yet. They still had to order a sensor cover and repair a crinkled door. The repairs were supposed to take 2 weeks, but took 1 month and aren't done. The staff was really nice. The staff didn't return 2 calls she made. They didn't realize a part was missing, because there was a lack of communication between the parts department and this business. She said it might have had something to do with them not being familiar with Nissans. For these reasons, she won't recommend them. The tow truck guy talked them into bringing their vehicle to this business.
