Spoke with Travis. He said there is still a little rattle in his muffler. He said he has contacted the business and plans on taking his vehicle in when he gets back from vacation. His vehicle was a week late because during the estimate the business missed an unspecified part that needed replacement. He had problems with the online updates because he did not understand the language being used.

Mr. Raney did bring back his vehicle and he is correct the factory tail pipe is rubbing the aftermarket hitch, shop informed him that this would need modification by an exhaust shop with pending approval with insurance company.
