Linda said her vehicle was ready five days later than promised because they had a hard time finding the exact front bumper for her vehicle. She mentioned Cadillac has many different styles of front bumpers and she expected the repair to take about a week anyway. They provided her with a rental vehicle so she was not out on anything and she has nothing bad to say about them. The people at this business were truly nice to her and did an excellent job. She chose not to receive the automated update calls from this business so Greg called her personally to provide updates on the status of her vehicle. He was excellent and very truthful. She loves how this business has great relationships with the all of the rental vehicle companies and insurance companies. She uses a small insurance company that she never heard of before using them, and this business knows all of the people from her insurance company. Which is something very unique about them. This business is a very short distance from her home and she really likes to support her local business. She also likes how they are located right by the mall. She had a wonderful experience and mentioned she may even purchase another vehicle from the dealership associated with this business.
