Toni said that her vehicle was about 12 days later then promised because her service advisor left on vacation and no one worked on her vehicle while he was gone. She was not kept adequately informed for reasons she is unsure of. She was not satisfied with the communication because she kept calling this business and they kept telling her that they would call her when the vehicle was finished.
