Spoke with Samantha. She said she has been to this business before and she and her family take all of their vehicles to this business. She said they are really nice and the woman that helped her was very nice. She was not kept adequately informed during the repair process. They told her the vehicle would be ready in 8 to 10 days, after that she just waited. They did not call and update her.
