Neil said he has a small issue with the customer service at this business. He noted that one of the staff he dealt with was rude to him and rubbed him the wrong way. He was not kept informed throughout the repairs and had to be the one to call and then wait for this business to return his call. After finally getting his vehicle he noticed that his rear bumper panel is crooked or loose fitting. He has been trying to get in touch with the manager of this business for over two weeks and the manager has not returned his call yet. He has finally given up and will visit another body shop near his home since the insurance company guaranteed the work of this business. He was originally told that the work would only take 14 days for 6 hours of labor and paint work. It took almost 40 calendar days to get his vehicle back. This business called him one day prior to completing the work to let him know his vehicle was ready but when he inspected the running board to see if it would support his weight, it did not. This business had to rush order the part so they could repair his vehicle. They were able to deliver his vehicle to him the next day. He stated that the personnel treated him well up to the day that he went to get his vehicle and the running board had to be replaced. The staff member that day was rude to him and unprofessional. He will not be recommending this business to others for the reasons mentioned.
