Kelly said the business kept her vehicle for a month. They told her that it was late because they had to order parts and the ones that came had the wrong VIN number on them, so they had to be returned. She said she was not kept informed about her vehicle, she had to contact the business. She said she was not given an estimate, the business just started the work.
