Jasmin said she was told 3 or 4 times that the vehicle was ready when it was not. She was told the vehicle would be ready in a week, but the repairs took a month because they needed more estimates from the insurance, her estimator was out of town, and the paint technician was out. They were supposed to keep her updated via email, but they did not. When she called the business for information, the person she wanted to contact was not available to take her calls. Based on her experience she would not recommend the facility.
