M. rated his experience a 2 because he has taken his vehicle back 3 times for different issues and it's still there. He said the paint looks different than the rest of the vehicle, the alignment is off, the door panel is lose and they tried to hold it together with a screw and the lights were not working. He doesn't remember the promised time but each time they called to let him know the vehicle was ready and when he goes, it's one thing after another that was not taken care of and he had to bring these issues to their attention. M said they never called on the status and he had to be contacting them. All they would tell him is that they would call when the repair was done. The last time he took the vehicle in was last Friday. He didn't answer on the estimate and said they just don't care and doesn't understand why the estimator doesn't notice all the things that are wrong. He returned the rental because they told him he was getting his vehicle back and now he is without any vehicle and said he will not be going back to this facility and is totally frustrated with his experience.
