Kenneth said the vehicle was ready one and a half weeks later than promised, he suspects it had something to do with his insurance company. They do really good quality work, but this time the repair took too long.

After a follow up call to Kenneth , he stated he feels like they misunderstood his comments as he knew that with the holiday and insurance supplement requested , that the vehicle would not be ready. he welcomed another call.
