Jason said his wife handled it. He said she was happy with everything. He doesn't know if the vehicle was ready when promised. He said he thought they also sent her email or text messages. She was kept well informed. She liked the pictures they sent of the progress of her vehicle. She thought that was great. Geico was located in the same location. It made it a one stop spot. She liked the convenience.
