Arthur said he was not given a promised time for when his vehicle would be ready. The whole process took 3 weeks, and he does not know why it took that long. He called every week and they would tell him the same thing, they said that it was getting ready to be painted. He did not have an estimate done by this business. He was not happy with the communication because they did not tell him how long it took to finish his vehicle.

Arthur is right about communication. we should have explained better why we had to hold up for supplement with insurance company. This is why the one week vehicle was in paint must have felt like three.
