"What happened?"
1. I've been a long term customer >20 yrs.
2. Car smells like nasty cigarette smell now
3. Wheel torque so tight I had trouble removing lug nuts.
4. Have purchased a minimum of 12 sets of tires. Was charged $ 15 for repair.

Sorry Tom and Lynn, you've lost my business.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention.  You are not only a great customer but also a friend and we are sorry this situation happened to you.  Our tech noted no tire purchase history for the 2013 vehicle & followed our training instructions to charge you.   As a 20+ year customer we would never charge you, and for that we apologize, Pete.   A return check is in the mail to you for your cost...that doesn't heal the wound but hopefully you will know how sorry we are to lose you.   We will take your responses to heart and re-train as well.
