Lydia said the staff at this business were very nice people. However, when they came to pick her up to take her to the business, the interior was greasy and dirty and she had come from work and had on white pants. She suggests they use seat covers. Also, she was felt she was misled by the staff at this business because when she asked the driver if a new alternator was put in her vehicle, he said yes, only to discover later while signing the receipt, a refurbished alternator was used instead.

Add on's
Oil change and filter...Being it is only a few dollars more for the extra items I was charged for. Don't you think by telling people you are going to do it, most people would say go ahead and do it ?. Just doing it does not make a good first time impression I.M.O. .Is this a complaint NO but just knowing people and knowing what they think about repair shops , I think instead of just adding a few dollars for add on's explain, first and most will approve.

Amazing customer service! Highly recommend!
Bellreng went out of their way to help my wife and I on a day that turned bad. Drove to buffalo for a errand and got stranded due to my car starter needing a replacement. Not only did they fix the problem but they drove me to the passport office before they closed so my trip to buffalo wasn't for nothing! Went out of their way to take me from place to place! Their cost for part and service was right on point! Highly recommend! They are a great team!

Kong said the employees provided good service and they kept him informed every step of the way. He had a bad spare tire, so they couldn't replace his flat tire with it. They located and found a tire for him. First thing in the morning, they were able to arrange things and got everything done. He was glad for their help.
