I am very disappointed how Ricky handled my complaint about the assist handle attached to the roll bar was hanging down broken. Yes it was frayed but not broken hanging down when mechanic took it in shop. I would expect him to take responsibility for it breaking, can I trust you with my vehicle again? I will see how you respond.

When the vehicle was pulled into the shop he technician hit his head on the assist handle (it was already hanging down). If this is something my shop would have broken, I would take care of the concern. My technician never used the handle to get into the vehicle. I apologize for any misunderstanding about this matter.
