April said this business took too long with the service on her vehicle. She took her vehicle in at 8:15AM for an oil change. She telephoned them about 10:30AM and they had told her that they were backed up. They told her they would be another hour. She told them she needed her vehicle soon. They said they would push her vehicle to the front. She picked it up at 11:45AM. She was without a vehicle for three and a half hours and was not happy about that.

April we are sorry you were inconvenienced. But we are a different breed of cats when it comes to just a normal oil change. Unlike everyone else in the lube business, we are not a fast lube. We use Our Everyday Lube-Oil-Filter Service as our opportunity to completely inspect your vehicle along with rotating and balancing the tires. This allows us to keep you aware of what needs to be done before it needs to be done. Our Goal is to maintain your vehicle better than any other shop. So a "normal oil change" takes about an hour to an hour and a half. But that just part of the story. For the past 15+ years we have featured FREE Pick Up and Delivery within 5 miles (and we go further) of Downtown and it has been wildly successful. Over 80% of our business is now FREE Pick Up and Delivery. Which means the day you "dropped yours off" we had too many vehicles to do in too short of a time frame with as many as ten vehicle being picked up. So here's what I would like to propose. Allow us to begin picking up and deliverying yours. It's FREE. Call us the day before and we will get it scheduled. Bring in this response and we will give you $20.00 off your next Everyday Lube Oil Filter Special.

Rosa said this business did a pretty good job. She went to them today to talk to Mr. Kim, the owner, because her brakes are making a sound. He said that they need time to adjust. If she continues to hear the sound she will take it back to them. She has used this business two or three times and they have always done a good job. Tells me up front what the costs are, what the possible outcomes are. Treats me with dignity when I can't afford all the repairs needed to keep car in Cadillac shape and suggests alternatives. Repairs completed within time frame given. Honesty. I get it all with you guys.

FAST, FRIENDLY, HONEST SERVICE!
My dad recommended Berchers to me because he had experience with them through the care of the fleet at his place of business. I know when Katt picks up my car, it will be serviced and returned on time. They are my first choice for auto care. They always have time to do it right at a fair price.
