Spoke with Inell. She said this business did take some time to fix her vehicle but informed her of a botched repair job that was done on a previous repair. She was not kept adequately informed during the repair and had to contact this business only to be told they would contact her when they were finished. Her vehicle was a day later than promised due to this business having to finish the paint work. They broke her dashboard decoration without informing her.
