Richard said the representatives at this business were very friendly and very professional. He said the vehicle was delayed about a week because the insurance company wanted this facility to fix the fenders instead of replacing them. This took additional time instead of just replacing them to begin with. He mentioned that he was calling this business on a regular basis with questions and the representatives were always friendly. They didn't act like he was a pain in the rear.
