Dawn said everything was taken care of but there were a couple of things in the beginning that did not get done but at the end they were. She did not elaborate. She appreciated how nice Mario and Sherry were and how they took care of everything. Her vehicle was not ready when promised because when she picked her vehicle up, certain things were not taken care of so she had to drop it off again. She did not elaborate as to how much longer they had the vehicle. There was some miscommunication because whoever wrote the estimate only had certain things to be repaired so there was still a scratch on the vehicle and a broken screw. The business only did the original estimated repairs but came through in the end. The two people who worked with her, made sure she was satisfied and worked until it was done the way she wanted it.
