Joyce said she was not there through the transaction with this business as her assistant handled it. She chose not to evaluate the quality of the repairs. They did contact her when they finished the repairs. There was no hard promise time given to her but there was an approximate finish time when they could not keep the approximate end date. They kept her up to date on the progress of the repairs. The manager, Bruce, was efficient, had very good customer service skills and she appreciates him contacting her. He was able to answer all of her questions satisfactorily.
