Every staff member was professional and friendly. They gave solid advice. They even had a quick appraisal done and linked me to a salesperson to discuss the possibility of a trade-in and upgrade, all within the time it took to complete the oil change.

I bought my hyundai santa fe here and have been always been treated well. JC in sales is great, and service has been prompt. There are a few little things that would help though...have the techs put down paper mats. I ended up with a big oil stain on my new carpet mats. I often find oil smears on the interior after service. This most recent visit, I washed my car right before I came in for a snow tire swap. When I got it back, it was covered it mud. IMO, that should be an automatic wash before return.

Awesome service
I was able to schedule my appointment for the time I needed. Brad D greeted me in the parking lot to move the car to the service bay. The waiting area is comfortable and has good treats :) The service was completed quickly and I was on my way. Excellent service.

All good with Bill Marsh Hyundai. Appreciate the emails reminding me of upcoming service, coupons, etc. Great dealer. The one part of the oil change I was surprised by was the fact they didn't vacuum the interior. Small concern but every other oil change place in town include that with oil changes.
