Good morning.  I would like to thank you for taking the time to fill out our survey.  It helps us identify problems and how we need to adjust our training.  On your recent visit we performed some basic services on your vehicle, which included oil/filter change, multi-point inspection, tire rotation and replacing cabin and engine air filter.  As far as thoroughness of explanation goes, I will gladly go into more detail about any or all of those services.  For the fluid levels, if you have the time to swing back by the dealership we can remedy that in just a few minutes.  I will address the issue with the technician that worked on your vehicle.  Please feel free to reach out with any other questions or concerns.

It appears our Service Department Manager reached out - I wanted to also reach out with an apology. Every department is always striving to be the best and we all have our good days and unforunately, our bad too. Would you please be willing to come back by so we can fix this issue? A Re-Score would also be great with the willingness to fix our issue, and we will make sure everything is 100% up to par! Again, we apologize for this happening.
