Honest Service
These guys have always treated us right (8+ years) Sometimes I think people have a tough time trusting a mechanic. We had them check out our brakes and instead of taking our money, they said the brakes were fine. Honest, quick, and efficient service every time. Jordan is great to work with.

Excellent service team
The service team has taken care of my car since new which has recently turned over 100k miles. Pricing has always been excellent for oil/filters/tires. Any service bulletin issues have been handled, and I'm always able to get a ride and/or a vehicle when receiving service. Both service advisors (Jordan and Shawn) have been there for some time now, and always do their best to keep the vehicle going and get me on my way.

Professionalism
The young man who attended me was curious, even though i probably irritated him with all my questions. Very profesional, don't see much of that anymore. He patiently listened to all my questions and was not in a hurry to end the conversation. I would definitely drive another 300 miles for that kind of service.

Great Service Experience
Stopped in without an appointment. Service personnel were courteous. Treated like a long time customer. They fixed two small problems at no charge. Many departments would have given me the cold shoulder. Recommend this department.

Table stuck in front seat
I was moving some furniture from Idaho to South Dakota for my son and managed to lock the front passenger seat belt around a table in the front seat - belt locked wrapped around table legs. Billion had me bring it in and decided they would have to remove the seat belt to release the table. They did this and were very gracious about the situation which was a bit unusual and comical. They were excellent and I will not hesitate to reach out to them as needed when I visit Sioux Falls in the future - I have total confidence in their care.
