"Outstanding service"
We had 4 recalls we'd been putting off. We're 90 miles from Sx Falls so we wanted to make one trip. They told us to expect 2 hours to do the recalls. They were done in less than 1 hour. We were shuttled to and back from the mall. So friendly, so quick and such good service.

"Great time efficiency, a bit pricy and no info on extra service purchased with the car"
Good job in providing the scheduled service. The only thing is I couldn't figure out who is responsible for car surface fix that has been a part of protection plan I purchased with the car.

We apologize you weren't completely satisified upon leaving our dealership.  It is always our intentions to make sure every customer is 100% satisified after their vehicle has been serviced.  To address your concerns, the oil change was done as part of the recall instructions and is a requirement by Hyundai.  We also do a safety/maintenance inspection on every vehicle that comes through our dealership to make sure it is safe and effective to drive upon pick up.  If there is anything else we can do to right this situation please call me directly at (605) 679-3870.

I did get a quote for tires but found out they would give me a 54% credit on the warranty for my old tires where I purchased them so will go with the warranty for now but thank you for the quote because it was a good one.
