Spoke with Tim. He said that he had specialty rims on his vehicle and went to Wal-Mart to get them changed. Wal-Mart broke one of his rims. He mentioned that the business was wonderful as they fixed his tire and even gave him a discount. He will be going to this business for all his vehicle repairs in the future.

Vera said she paid over $300 for the purchase of tires at this facility. Her vehicle has specialty tires and her husband tried to tell them how to take them off but was told they knew what they were doing, even though they messed up, and stripped the lug nuts. They tried to blame this on the tires. She had to take her vehicle to Goodyear Tires and paid $150 for them to take care of what Bluffton Tire did not. She would not recommend them due to this experience.

Spoke to Vera and she was elated with our service and help to repair the damage WalMart caused. Seems the caller mis understood Veras testamony
