Henok said he rated his overall experience at the business a 2 instead if a 5 because his vehicle is back at the business now. The paint work did not match up and he was not happy with it so he gave it back to them to fix. He was not satisfied with the quality of the repair because of the reasons already stated. His vehicle was ready 10 days to 2 weeks later than promised because the business found additional damage on his vehicle. He had to pay $1000 out of pocket for his rental vehicle and it was not a good experience at the business. He is unsure whether he is satisfied with the thoroughness of the person who prepared his estimate or not because he just paid his deductible and his insurance company handled the rest. He was not completely satisfied with the business's communication because he had to call them twice and they never called him back. He would not recommend this business to others because of the reasons already stated and he has doubts about them.
