Elisabeth said she would have given this business a 5 if they had not messed up the first day. She was told her vehicle would be worked on the day she brought it in. They did not start until the next day so she had to pay for the first day of the rental car. There was also an issue with the left rear light. She had to bring her vehicle into the affiliated service department a few days after she picked up the vehicle, so they took care of it and replaced the light bulb. She did not deal with the estimate since it was handled directly between the business and the insurance company.
