Amanda said her experience was horrific. She left her vehicle at this business before going on vacation. She spoke with Gerald and let him know the work she wanted. Gerald dropped the ball by not following through. The business kept calling her to ask questions but she was not available. She phoned the business upon her return but Gerald did not know who she was or anything about her vehicle. Her vehicle was not ready when she got back. The business had her vehicle for 9 days and did not inform her on its status. She was concerned the business might have lost her vehicle. A representative was rude and condescending to her. She wrote an email to the manager but has not received a reply. The only representative who treated her well and knew what they were doing was the person that prepared her estimate. Her name is Janie and she was awesome, nice, and kept her word. Janie is the only shining star to her horrific experience. She would not recommend this business because of the reasons mentioned previously.
