Issayas said the repair took forever. The insurance business paid this business right up front the amount requested and perhaps, because of this, they were not motivated to do anything. It took 7 weeks to repair the damage. Every time he went to this business, they promised him that it would be ready on a certain day. They originally told him it would be ready in 2 or 3 weeks. He should have held onto the check, so maybe it would have been done in 2 or 3 weeks. He had to pay 7 weeks for a rental vehicle. He did receive updates through text messaging. Tom, the repair guy, was really nice but he was the only one. The manager was unreachable. The manager never called him and totally ignored him. The manager was not available to tell him why there was a delay with his vehicle. He went twice to this business and his vehicle was left on the side, nothing was done. The name of this business sounds nice, but they were a wrong decision. He has sent a letter and an email to them telling them that this is unacceptable. He needs to bring his vehicle back to them for one more thing. The light does not turn on inside when he opens the door. When he is parked and moving, in the beginning, there is a clicking noise. This is a nice company, but the management needs to communicate with the person that comes in. The job was good, but there was zero communication. This business should be responsive. He wouldn't recommend the business due to the reasons mentioned.
