Katherine said this business provided a seamless process, they updated her regularly, and it was easy to drop off and pick up her vehicle. They tried to make the process as painless as possible. Her vehicle was ready about a week to a week and a half later than promised because they found additional damage. They kept her posted about when the vehicle would be ready, so she was fine with everything.
