Tina said her vehicle took 3 months to repair but she was initially told it would take 2 to 4 weeks so she wanted to be compensated for her rental vehicle. She spent $1000's of dollars on rental vehicle fees and every time she called the business they told her they would call her back or that the manager was not in and gave her the run around every time. She did not have a really good experience at the business. She is unsure whether she is satisfied with the quality of the repair because there is still some rattling in her vehicle. She had to did bring it back 2 days after her repairs because she heard a buzzing sound in it. The guy that helped her out with the buzzing sound she heard was nice and he sat with her trying to figure out what was wrong with her vehicle. Her vehicle was ready 2 months late because the business was waiting on parts from the manufacturer to be made in Germany but she does not see why it would take that long. She was not kept adequately informed during the repair process because she had to call the business herself to get any updates on her vehicle. She was not completely satisfied with the way she was treated by the personnel and she was not satisfied with the business's communication because of the reasons already stated. She would not recommend this business to others because of the reasons already stated. It would have taken a shorter time to just buy a new vehicle than to have the repairs done at this business.
