Peyman said this business did a really bad job. They damaged his sun roof during repairs and refused to take responsibility for it. They broke his remote key and the radio is not working. They did not clean the inside of his vehicle and left oily residue inside the vehicle. They told him to go see the service department and the service department sent him back to this business. He stated they have been giving him the runaround for three months and his key and radio are still not working. He was promised his vehicle in one week but it has taken three months and he does not consider the work complete. He said the staff did not keep him informed. He had to keep calling them for status updates. There was a discrepancy in the price he was told and the price given to the insurance company. He added that the staff did not want to speak to him and when they did, they would yell and scream at him. He went to a service center in Alexandria to find out if they knew why his remote key was not working. He was told that there was a short in the antenna that was caused by leaking from the previously broken sun roof which was repaired by this business. He went back to this business to let them know his findings but they refused to listen to him. He will not be recommending this business to others for the reasons mentioned.
